Automated order management
Customers can place their one-time or subscription orders from the ordering portal. They can choose the product of their choice, select delivery schedules, and delivery frequency. Customers can also modify the orders, cancel deliveries, and adjust deliveries using a pause and resume delivery feature. The orders are automatically updated on the admin panel. The admin can also place orders for their customer from the backend.
Inventory management
The system updates inventory data based on the orders and deliveries. You can check the stock level, see available filled and empty water bottles, and the water bottles needed to fulfill customer demands. You can also track and manage your bottles and their deposits.
Multiple payment options
The system offers multiple payment options. MR ALKALINE WATER, with our auto-debit feature, allows clients to add cards and auto-debit amounts after successful delivery.
Day-wise deliveries
Water Delivery Solutions enables MR ALKALINE WATER to make day-wise deliveries. They wanted to make deliveries only on the specific days of the week. Our system allowed them to predefine their delivery days, which are only reflected on the customer app. Customers can select from the predefined delivery days as per their convenience.

Autodebit
Customers can save their cards on the system from the ordering portal. The cards are saved with “Stripe” as their payment gateway. This ensured financial data security and seamless payments. The system is connected with Stripe, and when the delivery is completed, our system sends a signal to the payment processor, which then processes the charges to the saved card.
Day-wise deliveries
Day-wise deliveries mean that deliveries to specific geographical areas are scheduled to happen on certain designated days. The system allows users to define delivery days for a particular area. When a customer places an order from an ordering portal, it will only show the days that are available for that specific area.
