Inventory management
They managed their inventory manually, counted bottles, and noted the figures on paper and then on a Google Sheet. Manual inventory management was prone to human errors, which led to either stockouts or overstocking.
Payments management
They managed customer payments in cash using TrakPOD. Managing cash payments is a tedious task and makes reconciliation challenging without an electronic proof of delivery. The drivers collected the cash from the customers and handed it to the finance department.
Empty bottle tracking
They managed their empty or used bottles manually, which is prone to errors. It was difficult to track how many empty bottles were with which customers and in the warehouse. This led to losing these bottles, leading to significant, unnoticed financial losses.

Auto-invoicing & payment collection
The system can automatically create invoices and send them to the customers via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. The customers can make their payments in cash to the driver. The driver collects the cash and records the amount on the application. They obtain proof of payment using an OTP received on the customer’s registered number.
Empty water bottle tracking
It generates empty water bottle reports, which include information such as empty bottles with customers and in the warehouse. It also enables you to track and manage refundable bottle deposits.

Live tracking
The system is a centralized platform that stores all the data in one place, so any information updated is reflected in the system in real time. The data updated or activity made by drivers is reflected in the admin panel in real-time. This provides the businesses with complete visibility into business operations, empowering them to identify and resolve operational issues in real-time to mitigate their impact.
Bottle count
